Acupuncture Facelift

The age as well as exposure to sun and environmental pollution causes wrinkled and crumpled skin develops on the face, neck or forehead with ugly fat accumulations. The facelift doesn’t stop the aging process but can make you look younger than your age. A cosmetic acupuncture facelift is a procedure that doesn’t have the side effects linked with a surgical facelift. A facelift through acupuncture can reduce wrinkles, erase the fine lines, stiffs the under eye area, decrease sagging, correct droopy eyelids and reduce the age spots, principally lifting your face. The procedure involves thread fine acupuncture needles to send a stimulating effect under the skin. The acupuncturists inform that these needles send blood and energy to the face that can fill the fine creases that appear with age.
The needles trigger collagen production that processes these fine lines and the monotonous sagging skin. if (self['plpm'] && plpm['Mid-Story Ad']) document.write('

'); In contrast to plastic surgery, there is no recovery time and the acupuncture facelift procedure has a minimal pain. In the acupuncture facelift procedure, the acupuncture needles are inserted into "acupuncture points" of the face by trained acupuncturists. The needles that are frequently used are made of stainless steel with the diameter of approximately .01" to .02".  The clinical effectiveness of the acupuncture procedure is yet not accepted and the theory has no strong roots of scientific conception.
You will not get plastic looks as in certain cases of plastic surgery and there are no risks associated with the acupuncture procedure. The procedure involves a detailed consultation with the acupuncturist to make him/her clear of your expectations followed by approximately 10 – 12, one 1hour session or as per the need of the patient. On an average there are two treatments a week for six weeks. The acupuncturist will place small micro-dermal needles in premeditated locations depending upon your individual needs. These needles are smaller and thinner than normal acupuncture needles and most people do not find them to be painful, only those who are very sensitive might experience slight discomfort   On an average there are ten sittings for a younger look with two sittings per week and each sitting taking approximately 15 minutes.
Acupuncture is derived from the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and aims to free up energy. In this process aproximately 30 – 40 acupuncture needles are pricked in the body and face which then stimulates the manufacture of collagen and elastin, thus plumping up the skin. The acupuncture needles are also placed over the body and it assists the ability of the body to support facelift. The acupuncture treatment is quite less expensive as compared to other plastic surgery face lifts. The cost involved is around $1300 and the results can be immediately seen. The acupuncture facelift tones the face muscles, reduces edema, removes puffiness of eyes, decreases ageing by increasing the blood circulation as well as the skin elasticity. The treatment reduces facial lines and the needle therapy moisturizes the dehydrated skin.  When the acupuncture is done with the lotions available in the market, it reduces the stress and promotes health.
