This again depends on the number of areas to be treated or number of areas that require fatty tissues removal. The more the number of areas, the higher is the cost of the local anesthesia. IF you need to be administered with general anesthesia, then there is a drastic increase in costs, as this would require the services of an anesthesiologist as well.

The rest of the cost is the fee of the surgeon who is conducting the procedure. On an average, the liposuction procedure may cost you $ 5000. However for an abdominal liposuction cost may be something between $ 6000 and $ 9000. The cost of a thigh liposuction will be lesser than that of an abdominal liposuction.
