Abdominoplasty ProcedureMore commonly known as tummy tuck it is a procedure that involves removal of fat and excess / loose skin from the walls of the lower and middle abdomen for giving a person the look that she / he desires. Fluid three times the volume of the fat is pumped in to the pocket region by a cannula and after a short waiting period when the fat is dissolved with the fluid, this is again drained out by the cannula. The thighs and the upper abdomen are easily accessed through the incision made for carrying out Abdominoplasty. The mini Abdominoplasty procedure is a shorter procedure. It can be done in a time span of two to three hours. This procedure entails the same removal of fat and tightening of the skin. However the incision that is made here is a smaller incision and it is just above the pubic region.
